At Arditi Ventures, we keep it simple and founder-friendly.

No upfront fees

We've been in your shoes. We believe in alignment. We only win when you do.

Success-based model

Our fee is a success fee, applied only on the capital raised through the Arditi VC Collective. Fee Structure:

• up to $5M = 5% fiat

• $5M - $10M = 3.75% fiat

• $10M+ = 3% fiat

De-risking Your Fundraise

• There are no guarantees of a successful raise - fundraising always carries risk.

• What we bring is access, credibility, and strategic capital from a vetted VC network.
