You're Actively Raising a Round

  • Pre-Seed/Seed/Series A

  • You know how much you’re raising and why.

  • You have a clear funding strategy (smart money you want involved, how you’ll deploy capital etc...).

You Have (or Are Close to Having) a Lead Investor

  • You’ve secured a lead investor or are in serious discussions.

  • If not, you’re actively driving the round forward, with momentum and interest already in motion.

  • We don’t lead rounds - we facilitate a round organization and structure around a high-conviction strong VC lead/participant.

Your Round is Defined

  • Terms are clear (valuation, structure, SAFT/SAFE/Equity)

  • Your cap table is clean and makes sense for your stage

  • Lead/Participating VC is willing to put his name behind your start-up. Now when we have that covered, let's proceed to Do's & Don'ts to make sure you're aligned with how both Arditi and the VCs think!
